Full week here at Paris Yoga Project!!

Excited to add our kid yoga class in studio, Wednesdays at 10:30am through the summer!

I had so much fun teaching kid yoga at Camp Smile

I had so much fun teaching kid yoga at Camp Smile this summer. Those five weeks flew by!!! I know there’s only 4 weeks left till kiddos head back to school but I’ve decided to keep this class going the rest of the summer at the studio.

Wednesdays starting, July 27th through August 17th at 10:30am, we’ll have a 30 minute kid yoga class for ages 7-11.

Classes will be just $5 per kid. Parents you can hang out at @downtown.coffee_ and have a drink while we have class or run a quick errand.

Starting in September I’ll be adding 2 class to the schedule for kids. One for under 7, one for 7+. So drop down in the comments the day and time you would prefer class for you kiddos and what age they are.

I’m so excited to return to the City Square Summ

I’m so excited to return to the City Square Summer Fun Camp for a 3rd year!

This Kid yoga class for 7-11 year olds has been so much fun and I can’t wait for a new group of kiddos!

And the big difference this year, I FINALLY finished my homework and am officially a Registered Children Yoga Teacher!!

Which also means in studio Kid Yoga is coming very very soon!!

I’m starting to feel better but I’ve had to make the call to go ahead and cancel the rest of my classes this week. I know it’s only been a week but I feels like months since I’ve been in the studio and I miss you all so much. But I need to be well and I want to keep you guys safe and not spread anything to you in class, because this is miserable.

Shelia has class Friday 6:45am and I know she’d love to see you there 💚💚

I will be back next week for the whole week and I can’t wait 💚

I (Kari) have not been feeling well and still need more time to rest. I’m so sorry you guys. You know I try to never cancel unless necessary, but I do need to cancel tonight.

I feel like we’ve had more illness in our family the last few months than we have in the last few years. It’s been a stressful few months, and this just reaffirms everything I already knew. When we’re stressed and busy, we tend to put our healthy eating habits on the back burner, then our health starts to take the hit.

And that is for sure what has happened around here lately. Taking a few things off our plates and getting back to basics. My body just had to give me this reminder.
