Hello! My name is Karin Thomas. I am a yogini that grew up loving yoga, but never devoting any real time to it. But once I neared my 50s, I learned to become passionate about yoga. I came to see yoga more as a way of life for the benefit of mind, body, and soul. Although I love to take a challenging Vinyasa class, when it comes to teaching, a gentle, slow flow yoga is my favorite.
