Hello! My name is Karin Thomas. I am a yogini that grew up loving yoga, but never devoting any real time to it. But once I neared my 50s, I learned to become passionate about yoga. I came to see yoga more as a way of life for the benefit of mind, body, and soul.
I earned my 200 hr Yoga Teacher training through North Texas Yoga, under the leadership of Laura King. I began teaching in 2015 for the Employee Wellness Program at Texas A&M University-Commerce. I have taught all levels of yoga, as well as mindfulness classes and meditation classes.

I can’t complete a practice without doing a rag doll. And since I sit all day, I love a hip flexor stretch like Crescent Warrior and a chest opener like Humble Warrior. But nothing much beats savasana.
