Just a quick background if you’ve never practiced with me before. The sequence I do Monday morning is the sequence I do all week. Sometimes there are slight variants day to day. Morning has more Sun Salutations and evenings have more cool down. I keep the same sequence all week so you can see the progress you make and feel the differences from day to day.

This week I started to let you guys decide how long your Savasana is at the end of class. I sing our closing Mantra and then I end the recording. However long you want to stay, stay, then pull your knees in, roll to your right side, and carry on with your day ? I do this to allow you more time if you need it to continue relaxing, letting your body absorb all the changes and adjustments you’ve made, and to give yourself time to Just Be. ??
